This means that you will not receive a fully completed and set-up website; it requires spending approximately 10-15 minutes to complete the setup.

The free course provided as a bonus when purchasing is a course made by Shopify. We do not take any credit for the course, as we have nothing to do with it.

Our "winning products" are selected as a range of items that we believe could sell well. However, this is not a guarantee.

Our promised legal pages for the customer's website are auto-generated by Shopify. This is demonstrated in our "step-by-step guide" provided with the purchase.

It's important to note that the term "professional store design" is subjective and can vary based on individual preferences and perspectives. What one person considers professional, another may not. SECTION 22 - 100% RISK FREE
We stand behind the quality of our custom-made websites and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Our 100% risk-free policy reflects this dedication.

If, within 40 days of launching your website, you haven't generated any sales, we offer a full refund. To qualify, your store must have been active on a paid Shopify plan for a minimum of 40 days, and you must have actively run paid advertisements to promote your store or products during this period. The total advertising spend must exceed 50 EUR, and we require proof of your advertising payments to process the refund.

If you haven't exceeded 50 EUR in advertising spend within the first 40 days of buying a store from us, you will not be eligible for this refund.

SECTION 23 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
