Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your digital service to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the digital file sent to your mail must not be downloaded. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once the digital file has been downloaded, the option for a refund is no longer available.

Upon acceptance of your return, we will proceed with the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that upon acceptance of the return, access to the digital file sent to your email will be revoked.

Revisions
We regret to inform you that revisions to our digital service are not provided. Once the product has been purchased and downloaded, our involvement ceases. However, should you have any inquiries regarding the product received or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at support@storesbynico.com.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Exchanges of our digital service are only offered if the digital file has not been downloaded.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
